As a result of their ability to incorporate energy efficiency while maintaining flexibility in their design, we have partnered with them on our endeavors into new projects in 2011 and 2012. These new projects consist of tenant improvements on our 1st, 2nd, and 6th floors. The latest floor reconfiguration incorporates a cutting edge conference center with an exceptionally efficient HVAC chilled beam system.
